(For the person who needs a little monitoring and motivational check-ins)
Two workouts per week, the same workouts with progressions, and monitored by trainer via app.

Three workouts per week, six total workouts, alternated every other week, built in progressions

About me
Living in Reno, Nevada, I feel fortunate to be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. We are less than an hour away from the beautiful Lake Tahoe, and I enjoy hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and SCUBA diving with my husband.
A cancer diagnosis in 2016 redirected my career to the fitness industry, as I have found a direct link between a healthy, active lifestyle and the prevention of disease.
It is my pleasure and my mission to help women of every age look and feel better about themselves.

Do I need a consultation?
Absolutely. I put the "personal" in Personal Training. The consultation is essential, as it allows me to get to know YOU, and what you need in terms of training or weight loss. It also gives us both the opportunity to see if we'll work well together. A 30 minute phone or zoom call is all we'll need to get started!
